The story that starts (and ends) with a cookie. Like any real foodie does, our co-founder had an insatiable craving. (You know, the type of craving that takes over your every thought until it's satisfied.) His taste buds were longing for the sweet, comforting taste of chocolate chip cookies. Only problem was, he just went through a major breakup...with sugar. He knew that he could either A. listen to his inner cookie monster and get back on the sugar train, or B. find a healthier solution. So, he went with the latter and teamed up with his friend and James Beard award-winning food wizard. Together, they developed a chocolate chip cookie recipe that had the same delicious flavor and texture, but none of the added junk. And guess what? It was practically magic.
