Savory protein bars featuring global flavors, with 90% less sugar! As a big-time foodie and super snacker, I've always wondered: why do most snacks lack the diverse flavors I enjoy in meals? So during the COVID lockdown, I hunkered down in my home kitchen to bring diversity to a snack that desperately needed a flavor makeover: bars. Today, my mom and I handmake every Afar bar at a commercial kitchen in Brooklyn using only premium ingredients and lots of care. I'm excited for you to dig in!
