Cabi is simple. It began with a desire to share easy and traditional Japanese home cooking. Japanese home cooking and its often far-dating recipes has always been perceived as out-of-reach and intimidating to someone who isn’t Japanese, while oversimplified products can lack authenticity and flavor-complexity. Our belief is that food is a universal language, to always be shared, passed down and taught. But we understand that it’s easier said than done—especially when resources and language are a barrier. So, finally, we’ve done it.
