Brand Story
Popadelics was created by married couple Marilyn Yang and Michael Casali. As mushroom enthusiasts, Marilyn and Michael noticed that mushrooms are notably absent today from today’s snacking landscape. But if there are kale chips, then why shouldn’t there be mushroom chips, too? The founding of Popadelics also personifies the celebration of Marilyn's Chinese heritage (i.e. shiitake mushrooms) blended with her favorite global flavors in the three culinary-inspired flavors of Popadelics.
