Nowhere Bakery was founded by Saphira, a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor and dessert addict. When I developed gut issues in my early twenties, I had to remove all the fun stuff from my diet, but my sweet tooth wouldn’t quit! When I met my husband Maurizio (co founder) we bonded over our love of dessert and were always torn between deciding on what to enjoy. He had a less sensitive system and more ‘traditional’ taste buds. A dessert that catered to both of our needs was NOWHERE to be found so I took it upon myself to create it. Nowhere Bakery was founded in 2020 after years of iterations and finally perfecting desserts that catered to both sides of the dessert coin. One that had the perfect balance between better for you ingredients and indulgent taste.
