Hi, I'm Melanie, founder of Ghia. I want to take back the word "drinking" from alcohol. My childhood Mediterranean summers, filled with limoncello and connection, taught me drinking is about simple pleasures and being together. I created Ghia, a spirits-free aperitif, to bring you to that place of letting loose and savoring without numbing the night. It's an invitation to connect, unwind, and care for loved ones.
