ZaZa makes chips that are out of this (Old) World. Born in Brooklyn, our roots run deeper. ZaZa Pita Chips come from a treasured family recipe created by Victoria over 40 years ago. She split pitas, basted them with her unique za’atar and olive oil blend, and baked them into what we call The Mother Chip. Her recipe has flavored school lunches, family meals, gallery openings, and birthdays—becoming part of countless memories. Victoria’s son-in-law shared the recipe with friends, and ZaZa was born. Today, we honor her legacy with premium ingredients, small-batch baking, and our own custom za’atar and pita recipes—bringing a family secret to the world.
