In 2014, founder Jesse was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. When traditional medicine offered no cure, he sought an alternative. By adopting an extremely clean, selective diet, he cured himself of the disease in three years, proving to him that food is medicine. Inspired by this success, Jesse co-founded Good Culture with Anders Eisner. Knowing that most U.S. dairy is confined and environmentally taxing, they committed to being part of the solution. Good Culture’s mission is to reinvent the food system by creating a regenerative and pasture-raised milk supply for healthier people, animals, and the planet.
