When we started our journey to better gut health, the changes were undeniable: more energy, better sleep, less bloating and chronic discomfort - even a stronger immune system. Through this, we realized that although the microbiome is having a major moment in self-care culture, most of us are still spot-treating gut health issues, rather than taking a preventative stance to heal them for good. Bio.me was born out of a need to get more of the good stuff (read: prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics) into our diets, but in an easy, straightforward way.
