I started Krack’d Snacks because when I was on keto, I constantly craved sweets and none of the keto and sugar-free options TRULY satisfied my sweet tooth, leading me to binge on sugary snacks, and feeling guilty because I couldn’t resist my cravings. For 8 years, I felt like I was on this hamster wheel, putting in all this effort and making no progress. I realized that almost anyone who’s ever been on a diet experiences this cycle and that if I could help break this cycle, I should.
