Pzaz was founded by Jonah Reider, the food entrepreneur who launched a premiere NYC supper club from his college dorm room. Jonah then became a food influencer and a writer for Food & Wine magazine. Reflecting on the energy drink fridge at his local convenience store, Jonah saw a need to take everything he knew about food science and consumer tastes and develop Pzaz, the world's most delicious, fast-acting, and portable way to wake up with a brand designed for the next generation consumer.
